Re: FJ40 front springs what to use?
Hi Guys, Been a long while since I last visited... I’m wanting to put some longer leaf springs in the rear of my 1975 FJ40 to move the shackles angle back rather than verticle. I recall there was a Falcon spring mod that had the same 15mm ID bushing size. Does anyone remember what model and year fal...

Re: FJ40 Bush Truck Project
Looking so cool! How bout some more photos... how did you get the 45 cab in around the roll cage and is the cab removable? Chur, the roof and back are two separate pieces so I just cut holes in the roof for the cage to fit through then bolted the two pieces together in place. Its kind of half exo-c...

Re: Super Swamper tyres
Love the Swamper/Bogger combo I'm running. Having used this combo for the last few years I wouldn't trade them for any other brand.
They are perfectly suited to my truck setup and the type of offroading that I enjoy... and I'm yet to have any issues keeping up with others...

Re: Shroud or Bigger Fan???
Why the big difference in size with or without a shroud? Also, with fans, size isn't everything. Some shift a lot more air than others. The new bigger fan has more blades, more surface area, and is more aggressive as well. Will shift a lot more air than the old one. Was tempted to fit the new fan w...

Shroud or Bigger Fan???
Hi All,
Wanted to ask the question, if you had the option between running a 6 blade 18" fan with no shroud or a four blade 12" fan with a shroud which would you choose?

Swap set of 37" rubber for some 35"?
Hi All, Was asked by a mate today if I knew anyone that would be keen to swap a set of basically new 37" Creepy Crawlies for some 35's. Apparently the 37's are on a Prado they bought and are just too big. They would prefer to go down to 35's. PM me if you are interested and i'll send through so...

Wonder if you cut them right if you could just cut, flip, and reverse the raised part of tub that seats mount on to achieve this... just a thought

Just putting a factory Cruiser Cable locker in the back of my truck (80 Series Diff).
I need a long spline axle for the passenger side (long side axle) - can anyone let me know who can make one or where I could buy?
Thanks.

Just print out the Carjam report and take it in to him or his boss. Best not to have to pay for another WOF if you dont have to.
