Take it back to where you got it and get another one.
Like I said it is a common thing on isuzus the mu and the bighorn all have the same system.

About 12 months ago, I had the same problem, looked at all the "easy " and cheapest things to try. tryed new themostat , increased the amount of wax in the viscus, cleaned the outside of the radiator, etc, at a cost$$$$$$$$$ no joy. The end result was the inside of the radiator needed to be cleaned...

Diconect the cable on the bad side then adjust the caliper using a allen key in the back of it. Check hand brake works when you pull the lever, then check the hand brake cable isnt full of mud.(common problem) Isuzus give a lot of problems with the rear calipers and cables, and it only gets worse on...

Most Deisels dont need the head retourqued because they have steel shim head gaskets :D

Wrong terminology, meant to say, pre-combustion chamber. The 4JB1 s direct injection so there isnt any precombustion chambers, you cant remove the sump without removing the engine first or the front diff. It sounds to me like a big end bearing causing the piston to touch the head. I have done a few...
