Mine did the same thing, pulled it out and touched a soldering iron to each of the joints on the circuit board. Sure there was a writeup on it somewhere.

Re: Dual Battery using Winch Solenoid?
How does something like this http://www.mrpositive.co.nz/dual-battery-12v-85a-solenoid-kit/ vary to a winch solenoid? I take on keeping it simple and I had thought simply wiring a solenoid between two batteries was relatively simple rather than rewiring all accessories to the 2nd battery, installing...

Re: Dual Battery using Winch Solenoid?
Maybe I am better to go for a vsr and keep a jumper lead in the car to jumpstart myself off the full battery should the need arise.

Dual Battery using Winch Solenoid?
Are Winch Solenoids rated for Continuous Duty? Could I hook up a winch solenoid between dual batteries, with the control wire linked to the Ignition On? When the ignition is on, both batteries are connected for starting and also for charging. When the ignition is off or on ACC, the batteries are dis...

SAAS Steering Wheel and Boss Kit
Have had it on both a SJ413 and Suzuki Carry Van.
Not sure if it will fit a vitara/sj410 but there is probably a good chance it would (should be fairly easy to look up a catalogue)
Thinking $50
North Auckland.
Cheers

Sweet will try that... Bunnings have them and their blue (so wont have to muck around blocking the light) but they want $38ea for them. Just seems fairly steep when you can buy one full of chemicals for not that much more! Have found this place http://www.amoraromatherapy.co.nz/index.php?main_page=p...
