ive got a set that are supposed to be 3' lifted but had a coil cut out.i used them to size up front end before buying new efs.$20 and theyre yours

depends on the type of driver you are.my g52 came out of a stolen and recovered and sounded like there were multiple dying cats in it and still survived 6months hard work behind the 350.i did end up upgrading to an r series in the end tho.but g52 is now in my spare truck and is still going strong :l...

go any led headlight conversions to suit h9 or h11 bulbs,lights on my 06 zx10r are absolute rubbish when it comes to morning ride to work on country roads

i know exactly what to expect speed wise,im thinking 5th gear low range with hubs out and down the back roads,v8 aint close to road worthy or bush really but it wont get fixed sitting at the brother n laws 50 odd km away,need it on my back door step type thing

hey guys,been searching and searching but no luck yet,does anyone know the towing capacity when braked for the 86 hilux surf with 3ye motor?its hardly cutting the mustard and need to tow my v8 to my new place and wondering if i should try my luck

thought about this as well as i had a few lying round but in the end i found it not worth the hassle.ended up machining myself a set of stub axles,front half a copy of the stub axle and then a 40mm stub to slide into axle.cost me a hundy for material and then couple of hours machining time.then used...

i had 3.5 inch body lift.25mm ball spacers and wound torsions in front.50mm lifted springs and 50mm coil spacers in the rear

Just measured up at 480mm.they were greenish in a former life so maybe dobis and mayb progressive as top 3 coils of so are wound closer together than lower coils

wont pass due to rims being more than 20% of rim width offset. ie they're 15x10 so for cert must be no more than +/-50.8.and sorry 6x 139.6, welds etc are fine and rims have been on my truck for years but should never have been and I don't spend thousands modifying my truck to cert and then get pink...

4x rims 15x10-70 in powder coat black.had these rims made up a few years back at elite wheels in Christchurch. they managed to weld centres in wrong so they cut and repaired for me but then only spray can blacked them so they've rusted round the welds but apart from that they're good.only taken off ...

its hanging in that pic so usually sits higher mate,plus with bull bar on etc didn't have any probs .in saying that i'm a beach and light bush work kind of 4wd not extreme mud truck type guy.as for position of tank anywhere below rad cap should be fine.also petes right bout oil oiler,this time round...

similar issues with mine in a 130 series surf.body lifted etc.running a v6 model radiator,biggest i could buy at the time and when i was running the stock 2l motor.once v8 went in added 12 or maybe 14inch davies craig fan on auto/manual switch.got alot better but still had hot times so then added 4l...
