something like this http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/toyota/landcruiser/auction-668406470.htm would make a nice hunting truck. What ever you buy becasue of where youll be hunting i'd get some side bars made up to protect your sills (bang, crash, thud).

Bugger that if you want to keep it, spend the money and re build your engine. It wont be the cheapest option but it will last longer and you wont be buying someone else's problem child.

What are these brake issues you talk of rok? Sometimes I get a hard pedal in mine, usually if I'm chopping off a abit of speed entering into a corner. Its never happened going straight. Otherwise a great ute, ride quality of all ute's is poor, ranger no exception, the grunt and economy is great. Di...

Re: Which Truck to buy,

There is an inherent issue with the ABS system (well I have spoken to 5 owners who have issues with brakes any way, that makes inherent in my special world). Might only be in the XLT though, but after driving all the current utes and an older lux and ranger, I just couldn't go past the current 3.2L...

Dont be affraid to check out a ford ranger But only the current one (and good luck for 25K). If you could stretch a bit more then you are almost in 100 series teritory, but I struggle to get my head around 30 - 35 grand on a 10 yr old vehicle with 200 000ks on it. If you can find a good 24v coozer ...

U sure its not because your rear end has much better flex than your front so both wheels stay on the ground and get much better bite with less slip. With your ifs front you will find as you loose weight on one wheel (doesnt have to lift off ground) that u start spinning that wheel and loosing all fo...
