Re: grand cherokee advice

I've recently bought one. 4.7 HO As expected I liked to hear some exhaust note when I first got it. Trip computer said 15l/100km. It actually used 18l/100km. $100 for 250km in a mix of around town highway... Good long distance I got about 12l/100km out of it. My falcon 4.0 ute did 10l/100km on a goo...

Re: FS: XJ Cherokee - Auckland

I bought at the beginning of the year.

Just a budget lift with coil spacers etc.

Tyres are good, it's got warrant through to November and didn't need anything other than hub adjustment at the time.

Previous owner was a mechanic who did all the work on it.

Mileage is 250k and is a kiwi new Jeep.

Myself and two other trucks will be up there. Weather doesn't look to crash hot but it's a fun day at the park regardless.

You could drive around all day without getting stuck by keeping within the limits. I wouldn't be nervous about going on my own next time, I just wont hit the big hole on my on my own. https://scontent-lax1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xtf1/v/t1.0-9/11063959_10153405884425452_5920210200161354295_n.jpg?oh=6...

Woodhill opening weekend

Hi team,

I've been planning on going Woodhill for the opening on saturday for a days fun. My mate and his truck were to come with me but it seems they can't anymore. Are there any members that are heading up there and could use another pair of hands. I'd hate to miss it.

Cheers.

D Shackle Mounts

Does anyone in NZ have pre-made and ready to purchase D shackle mounts be it bolt-on or weld-on?

Plenty on EBay but 1. I hate going through the shipping process, and 2. It's easy and nicer to go out and just buy.

Want some mounts to put on the back of the jeep.

Thanks.

Hi all,

Back in the hobby with another Cherokee.

It's a rough a tumble one this time so I can give it grief and not worry.

I'm wanting to get plenty of use outta the new rig so if anyones heading out around Auckland do let me know.
