I had one of the RTC on my truck was awesome on the road and even better offroad
That bracket you guys are chasing can be bought from opposite lock here in aus, but it's a proper clamp style with 3 cap screws about $20aud

Got the t45 torx bit, but was too small, got a cold chisel aswell and finally got them off!

That tool won't work as these no room around the cap screw and I doubt a screwdriver will work these things are pretty tight in there, I had to swing on a breaker bar to get the two good ones out

Removing stripped bolt
Wondering if anyone can help, I've gone to tighten my wheel bearings up on my Holden Rodeo and found I have 4 of 6 rounded off hub bolts (freewheeling hub)
They are m8 cap screws, the two that were good were near seized in there!!
I've got new bolts just need best way to get them out?

Run to single ujs in the front shaft, clearance then out as much as you can, and possibly look at running a high pinion diff head,

Also yes redrill the Isuzu output, had it done on my Hilux with the same v6 swap as yours

Ditch the double Carson and run a single uni setup, and then you can clearance any part that binds

Ran the relay in the to be safe, just a 4 pin normally open one
Was easy as to wire, hardest but was mounting the dam thing, throws an awesome light and was cheaper than buying spotties (eBay special)

However to add to the drama, if I hold the brake and truck in reverse and turn engine off the it will continue to run until I either take foot off brake or take out of reverse!
