i reckon ruc's should be charged the same as rego... ie; when you buy a car, you are only liable for the rego from the date its transferred into your name... rucs should be the same. wouldnt be hard to do. that way the previous owner dosnt get away with ripping the system... but downside is it will...

here im just using the cheapest navman we could find when we got here, and its saved our lost ass's so many times its not funny... maps a bit out of date with some things, like intersections that used to roundabouts, but theres so many roadworks going on here theres not much point in up grading it. ...

the ore stickers never gave me any issues when i was playing in the nelson area... on the patrol or the surf.

i would actually question how it can be on trademe, as you cant buy it through trademe.... its just an ad for their auctions really I've asked TM a number of times, but they have never replied, and yet other members get the trade me police on their cases for putting a contact number on an auction :...

no daylight savings here, they dont use it in qld... :shock: so even in the middle of summer its still gonna be dark at 6pm... :roll: and daylight at 5am... finally found us a house, and we got accepted today, its in a gated complex so we can act all snobby now lol... has a pool right over our back ...

they are ozzie, just put some custom nissan rocker covers on it and tell then its factory...

oh, and some of the patrol/safaris were sold as ford mavericks so it would confuse the crap out of them seeing a gm in a ford... :lol:
