Thanks a heap you could be right..talking to Sav today he's the Jeep whizz in Nelson and he sort of said the same thing.. But he said just drive and get a louder radio haha

Coasting.. have tried with gearbox and transfer box in neutral.. but when driving is definitely noisier decelerating.. coming from front.. Does sound like diff.. giving symptoms of bearing or not set up right BUT have checked all is he as

2.7 Grand Cherokee diff Whine

Hi out their,i have a 2.7 crd 2004 grand Cherokee with a front diff whine when accelerating but worse when decelerating ..Bearings all good [checked] tolerances all good,drive shaft all good oils all good and been replaced ..any ideas would be great ...

they go like a cut cat and really good economy.uses the 2.7 merc 5 cylinder engine .nice 5 stage auto with hydra trac ,means it has hydraulic centre & diff locks.they need the injector washers and hold down bolts done semi reguarly( every 50k or there abouts ) about $50 parts.if they dont get d...

Have you done liverpool bills? (I think thats what its called) thats another good track close by. Hi Bruce, we took 30 trucks on the NZFWDA Southern Safari through there in late Oct and it was in pretty good order. Havn't been into Cockeye for a few years it was badly overgrown with gorse then. No names pretty tame, went through last weeken in the saf, most of it's doable in 2wd unless the greenstones got a bit of water coming down it. Gorse has closed in a bit in the odd place but mostly good going. A bit of fun around the mud plug mid way through. I went down cockeye about November last...
