Re: Goodride SL366 MT Tyres???

Hi Sorry for hijacking I am looking for some MT s for a Safari and come across this thread. As it has been some time since the last post in this thread, and I was wondering if you still happy how these MT's preformed over summer? How do they wear on aprox how many kms, and on what vehicles? Thanks ...

We have a AWD hiace at work but they did also come out as a part time with hi/low box, so it could be one of those that's had a live beam thrown at it

When I give mine a service it usually takes a very nervously long time for the oil pressure to read and the oil light to go out properly as already said around the 30-45second mark if not a bit longer

FS 33x12.5 r 15 Dynapros

Having a bit of a clean up and have a set of 4 Hankook Dynapro MT's that are looking for a new home. They all have 5-6mm of tread even wear and no damage to the side wall.

Lake Kaniere and Nelson Creek camping

Hi Guys, Looking for a bit of info if anyone is able to help me out. We were meant to be rafting the Clarence again this summer but that's not going to happen now so we thought that we might head down the coast and spent some time doing day trips on some of the rivers down there. To that end dose an...

Re: Bighorn owners, your thoughts please?

WE had a 91 Bighorn LWB with the 3.1, all in all it was a great wagon. Much more comfortable than my current Safari with a heap of interior room. We used to tow a lot with it as I sell firewood on the side and no big issues. Without a trailer and loaded with the family on extended holidays it was no...

Re: Goodride SL366 MT Tyres???

So I have run these for about 7000km now and they are great. Did my first coast trip on them this weekend and I love them. Dropped them to 25lb and they just kept on performing, wet rock, gravel and west coast mud mixed with clay. In the mud and clay I don't think I have had a tire that gas and clea...

Spent a great weekend wheeling down the coast with a group of old mate s and now some new ones. On Saturday we did Cockeye Creek and German Gully. We went up Cockeye and down German. Its been a few years since I was through them and they have changed a bit. Really enjoyed driving them both , Cockeye...

Re: mud tyre direction

sounds good.. what size / type of tyre do you run I run 33x12.5x15 for size as for me on the Safari they work well without robbing power. As for the tyre itself at the moment I am running Goodride Mud Legends as they were on a trade special and before that mainly GT Radial Severo Muds, tried Hankoo...

To be honest, I don't think it makes a difference. The beauty of non direction tires is that they give you the same amount of grip in each direction. Its one of the reasons why I run them instead of a directional

Can get up to 3" out of the torsion bars usually. Was looking at some aftermarket torsion bars to get up to the 80mm zone to match but it gets far too hard to keep any kind of alignment beyond 2" anyway. So yea that was one of the factors helping me decide biggest issue I struck in my old...
