Sorry forgot to add it seems to not boost until 3000 in all gears. It just means you have to hang on to the gears longer.

Thanks for the suggestions. It is an 87 2.4 TD so not sure of the exact designation. Will have a look tomorrow and check allthe hoses etc for restrictions or leaks.

Hi My son has just purchased the above and found the thing doesnt really get going til about 3000 RPM. The green boost light doesnt come on until these revs also.
