Try these guys biago is what I used and love it can"t remember which one 57 or 60 trim have a chat to them. http://www.lodgeautocentre.co.nz/turbochargers.html
If you get a manifold make sure it fits the 24v as one of there manifolds are for 12v so you would have to move battery to fit.

Re: K&N Apollo Air Filter
I have one on a TD42 with after market turbo 18 psi feeds turbo enough air, easy to fit any where. Takes 10 minutes to undo all the bolts to clean air filter, I wanted a Donaldson air box but there too big. I paid about $360 I think it was worth it. Mines straight on the turbo inlet. http://www.offr...

Re: PTO Shear Pins
have been running 8.8 bolts in a nissan pto, and stripped the gear in my winch before the shear pin broke, would reccomend putting a proper shear pin in. That's why you just have one bolt (rear one hard to accesses in mud, water) and the shear pin in the front shaft. Trail gear do brass gears reaso...

Re: TD42 turbo options/advice
From what I believe the TD42 won't last long over 20psi any way. I've had a dsr also and run fine under 20psi, didn't find it laggy at all. Got a biago now internal wastegate with boost compensator and 12mm plunger and PWR water to air intercooler 18psi and love it.

If you don't want to pay 600 for drop boxes caster plates are 200ish. I have a 5" lift and didnt need gear box spacers just longer trailing arms.
