60 or 70 series cruiser bolts up and so does beam axle hilux. the master cyclinder needs changing or remove the residual check valve. recommend doing the axle sea kit at the same time. pm jase at classic crusier spares on here. hes a lot closer than me

In the perfect world the earth cable should be be close to the starter motor then other cables onto the chassis Check for any signs of heat when cranking over this shows high resistance to current flow.

Looks to me the best option is machining your drums and replacing the shoes I have wasted hours trying to get them even in the past. Your shoes have a section on glazing on them My 2 cents anyway
