Mine have been relocated to behind the front seats in the single cab Ute, just got a fresh wof and was certd like that so no wof issues, mine sit in battery boxes bolted to the floor and couldn't tell you what size cable is used in mine but it's pretty big

a good a/t to consider would be a hankook rf10 or a maxxis 751 both are extremely good, not overly noisy, give you the grip when you need it off road and well behaved on road and exceptional mileage. both are reasonably priced and will give you what you are after. you dont need a mud tyre and micke...

cheers guys, still got the TD42 just sick of unbalancing batterys and having to convert 24v to 12v for accessories ect, just all round had it with having a 24v safari, been looking for a 12v diesel patrol for awhile and swapping lift and tyres over but people selling standard gq patrols are dreaming...

Went up there last night, there's only one spot you may need a winch up depending on your truck, I used pace to get up there but I was in a 9 inch lifted patrol on super swampers.

Yes they were spun on a lathe, balance up nice with tryes

I used 8mm think conveyor belt from HCD flow technology in Hamilton that was 450mm wide dose my flears and inner gards works a treat and looks mint as well.
