Check the oil pick up tube isnt blocked or cracked. Ive seen a few ppl crack them geting the sump of or puting it back on. Also if you used silicone on sump the excess could be blocking ur pick up

The heater problem sounds like the heater power transistor located betweed the blower motor and the a/c core. My saf had the same problem and it was the power transistor

Get your slef the factory td42t thermo housing with the water fitting for the turbo feed and then use the block coolent drain for the other fitting. Works a treat and looks nice n tidy

I like the small isuzu truck 60amp alt idea. There a gd unit and a bouns is they dont just do a small 60amp unit you can also get a small 120amp one. Every 1 likes more power :)

Msl or edl or the bolt shop will have the bolt n gasket bnt partmaster repco or nissan for gasket or just make gasket outta gasketpaper

Drill n tap a air fitting into the side of it so when ur in mud and water you can feed about 10-15psi of air into it to create a air pocket inside the alt helps keep all the diods/brushs n charging reg dry. N water and mud out. Had it set up like that n my old sas'd ubs55 bighorn n it worked well di...

One word... ISUZU! Best bang for your buck for a 4wd. Bighorn or mu are good starting point and they dont seem to die. 3.1diesel or the 2.8diesel are bulletproof engines even more so the 2.8

You could repair it with welding and some linishing. The trick will be welding it without warping it to bad. Otherwise you could use old plate as a template n trace out a new one n cut it out or send it out to lazer cutters

Ud need to buy a lower gasket set(all gaskets from head down)n just use the bits required in set.

16-17th jan

Got down pipe and exhaust done on the y60 and intercooler setup underway.just have to make brackets for intercooler and im all ready to get back out there.
