Looks good.... does it just come with the two poles or has it got another two so you can park your vehicle under it? Cause that could be good for trips away rather than having to take down the awning each time Nah its a pull-out awning, attached to the truck. 4 poles would be more of a gazebo... ed...

Fitted & tested the $150 awning i got from Supercheap online deal. 2.5 x 3m. Very happy.

I'l kick it off. Adjusted the Load sensing proportioning valve on my 80 after having the lift fitted this week. Moved it down. Might take it up a tiny bit after it settles. Replaced the Swaybar link and D bushes with OEM rubber ones (corners a fair bit better now). Cleaned up the links and changed the engine oil while I was at it. Ordered a 3" Exhaust and the last few bits for my Front Axle rebuild including the later 80 series CV's and flanges. Tested out the rea...

Went to start the 80, starter battery +ve terminal melted, blew and threw out lots of smoke. Now doesnt start. Shut door, locked and took another car out instead.

Il just add this here in case someone else is looking for tips too. The rears can be cleaned in situ: Put the window all the way down. Pull the window run out from the top of the door. Pull both sides out from along the window edges. Soak the rubber run in a bath full of hot soapy water. Scrub insid...
