I want to put a solid front suspension in my 1990 vitara
I am sick of breaking cv's, what is involved and what is the cheapest way to do this i want to put a solid front axle in.

was going to weld front diff but b4 do that was looking for an alternative, arb air locker is to expensive for what im looking to spend any suggestions, thanks

from all the replys im turning to the not welding it up although i want too,ha anyone know of a cheap front airlocker? seems like everyone has trouble with turning seems that is the only issue everyone has had.

Goes solid when its in. Check if it is going in, DO you hear the pump (do it with engine off and key on) and you must have the centre diff locked, and be going very slow or stopped for it to go in. Yea i hear the pump go and everything like that but the light stays flashing what you think this coul...

I am wanting to weld up the front diff once i get some free wheeling hubs just wondering if you have done this?

What is a good sounding exhaust setup for a 3.0L v6 pajero? A cheap fix, take it down to your local exhaust shop and get them to add a piece of pipe in place of the cat, should only cost $80. 2.5 inch all the way through with a freeflow muffler sounds nice on the 3 ltr, add a nice set of Genie head...

rear diff lock
the rear diff lock when engadged the light is flashing. is that normal or is the light not meant to flash. When disingaded light goes off. just wondering if it meant to be solid or it meant to flash
