Hey no you don't need to remove the ac. I have a kzj71 fits mint with 75 mm thick front mount intercooler

This is what I use it takes a beating. Good for when you are hunting, as when you talk to your mates you no were they are on the GPS. Radio as awesome range to have stretched it to over 9km in the mountains

And HZJ71 which had the 1HZ engines

I've been through the 1kzte Manuel head to to toe. And all I can find out about temperature, is on the turbo and it say. The turbocharger has been design to withstand the high operating temperatures (800c) from the exhaust gasses
And then talks about coolant temperature limit of 110-120 c

Redline is a great product. I changed to it in my landcruiser, before hand second gear cold was hard to get into now it's smooth all the time.

The reason I put one on my truck was. That with the methanol doin a great job of cleaning 20 years of crap out of the engine. I'd like to keep it that way clean

what type of Gbox do you run that in?

if you want better cold shifting then get an oil that is actually for the job.

Castrol VMX80 cold shift is the one to go for.

MT-90 75W90 GL-4 redline in a Manuel gear box

Hey well with water injection you don't have to worry about space up front 20L will last me over 1200 km and I got 14hp at the wheels with running strait water, and another benefit is a steam cleaned engine

That price sounds about right I replaced mine last month. Took a 40 ton press to get them out, it's like shocks you don't really feel them wearing out till you put new ones in makes a world of differents to the way the truck handles I'd be looking at the front ones to
