Suzuki sj413 weber 32/36 problem
Hey, I just purchased a 32/36 weber from redline in America. The kit came with adapter plates and is made to run the stock Air cleaner. I've set it all up and it idles well and also revs well on the spot. The problem I am having is when accelerating at about 20kmh it begins To miss and flood. It the...

Re: 86 SJ - 235/85/16 - G16
31s are so easy to fit; cheaper for replacement too. I drove and went offroading for over a year on standard gears. I went to lowrangeoffroad.com and bought 4.9:1 gears, best gearing I could have asked for. Drives like standard and 4low is much improved, can still pull away comfy in 3rd. In terms of...

Re: Low range kits
Make sure you do the seals and bearings when you're in there. It seems as though its quite a lot more expensive to do a transfer case on an escudo. It cost me just over $1000 to put 4.9s in my SJ from lowrangeoffroad.com and i supplied my own bearings. Theres plenty of options out there, all comes d...

It costs around $1000 to get 4.9s from lowrange and do all the bearings and seals while your there. Just depends how much money you're willing to throw at it. We're talking about Suzuki transfer case gears here spud, not Hilux diff's :D :D :D :D http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.php/suzuki/samur...

Re: Vehicle lifts/Authority card
I was under the assumption that it was based on total lift? I have a 3" suspension lift with 31" tyres and it doesn't mention the tyre size (it does mention rim size) on the cert card. So I thought that the cert was suspension + tyre height (and body lift if you have one).

What I can't work out is that the police are aware of all these vehicles being stolen but they don't seem to increase the man-power to rectify the situation... strange even though they know it's happening... Yes I do understand that they are tied up on other issues in Chch and that may be why peopl...

Even now I run illegally on the road at times because I haven't been certified with my 35x11.5 extreme treakers so if I had an accident there would probably be no insurance cover slightly off topic, but what sort of brake mods do you guys do when you're running 35" + tyres? Does certification ...

From memory I think the '83 or 84' cases from 410s are the same as in the 413s. The flanges might be slightly smaller though, but its common to put a 410 box in a 413.
Does the case have a 4wd switch cable on it?
