Just been through this,ECU. $150 and Jack in AKL did a full restore by replacing all the caps, a resisitor and a tiny bit of corroded track. 3 day turn around. His current Listing #: 677165651 on Trade Me. His number is 021 0230 5420. Super friendly and informative. I thought it was the injector pum...

89661- 60250 ECU wanted / 93 KZJ70 1 KZTE
My injector pumps solenoid, i think? isn't working and i'm thinking it's the ECU not opening and closing the spill valve. After a space ECU anyway so i'm going to try swop it out and see if it fixes the problem. If you have one you're looking to flick or know of a seller? 89661- 60250 & 175800-1...

Re: 1kz te help. No fuel to or from injector pump?
Second hand ECU or complete injector pump is 250. So I really want to be sure it's not the ECU. Anyone in Welly able to help with an ECU? Did some online reading and saw those numbers to check on the multimeter so I'll have a crack at that. Far out! Really want to go on that Odlins road outing this ...

Re: 1kz te help. No fuel to or from injector pump?
Still no luck but can confirm the following: - primer pump is passing fuel to the injector pump and it goes as far as the overflow nut on the top of the pump. - tried removing the battery lead and resetting the solenoid - all the fuses in the cab are intact (are there any other fuses I'm missing und...

Re: 1kz te help. No fuel to or from injector pump?
Let me get this straight sorry. If I loosen all the injectors and hand pump the pump on the fuel filter, I should get fuel all the way through the injector pump to the injectors? Or is there another Manuel pump on the injector pump somewhere?

She's never ever not started after more than 3 turns and just back from a long trip.
Ill be honest and say I just bled the one injector. I'll try those other recommendations around the injector pump in the morning and get back to you.
Thanks for the feedback. It's so strange?

1kz te help. No fuel to or from injector pump?
Hi
She's turning over. Fuel filter pumps hard and pumping fuel through but that's where it stops. Try bleeding the injectors but nothing. No fuel gets sucked by the pipe going to the Injector pump either?
Any ideas?

Cool. A good driver should be able to get a Honda CRV over that rock without much fuss, theres 3 possible lines. I recently saw a Terios get over it! Funny, Missus and I did a South Island camper van trip 4 weeks ago and got stuck waiting for one of these cuts to be filmed when we were on our way to Cadrona. I was waiting for this to come out. Doesn't do that alpine pass justice to be fair.
