Radiator over flow bottle mounting height ?
Hey guys have new rad in my buggie about to mount the over flow bottle dose it matter if the bottle top is 200mm lower then the rad all the cars I look at seem to be at the same height as the rad will this affect its function ?

Just for any ones future reference I sent my ECU to Lab Electronics in Australia Less was great to deal with $110+post he removed the security from the factory ECU plugged it back in last night fired straight up nice cheap easy way to sort computer if doing a Rover engine swap.

Hi Matt do have access to scan tools will nedd to wire up the plug though witch is a job and a half buy its self this is going to be done pretty much narrowed it down to the security coding from the bcm wanted to try get around this before going through the scan plug hassle incase we carnt beat it. ...

Hi Turoa in deed it dose have a big BCM that we are not running do you know what signal the BCM sends to the PCM is it a power or hertz signal ? This is the only big herdal we have found with the factory computer so far don't want to throw in the towel and put a link in just yet.

Thanks mike I do have a wiring diagram all four coils have power and are wired as per diagram I all so have power for enjection but no negative pulse. Sorry skid I should of mentioned it must be v8 what ever it may be Derek it's a auto surf box was kinda hot has been up to 240f a couple of time on its last outing. The fab/auto elec work isn't a problem regarding an Ls it's my poor box and locked doffs that worrying me

It is indeed a 4.6 stroked to 5.0l went to see eng recon guy to day ruff price of $2500 to fix the block no promises then test the heads ect ect I think it would blow out dollar wise pretty quick so do I buy another rover and throw the stroker kit in it or do I bite The bullit and swap it out for a ...

Got me gear box with free spool attached back couple of weeks back went out on Saturday for play gave it a few good tests worked perfect every time verry happy Craig from 2up was grate to deal with highly recommend too easy.

Looking at around the $450 mark plus postage of gear box to Auckland I would assume this is cheaper if you don't have to modify the ring gear ect. Yep Runva was my first port of call spoke to a lady there they don't do any thing for remote free spool have found a rotational air valve and cylinder approx. $400 just waiting for a bit more info on size ect as don't have a lota room and see how mud friendly they are
