cheers for the posts guys, Im mainly trying to find out if the 265/75R16s will fit on the navara without a lift kit, if plastic needs to come off the guards and if the torsion bars need winding up etc.

265/75R16 on D22 Navara

Time has come for new tyres, been looking around for a while and quite keen to fit some Kumho KL71s for a good balance of onroad/offroad use. Im interested to know if anyone has fitted 265/75R16 KL71s (or other brands) to their D22 with stock suspension and how they worked out? I have read somewhere...

yeah figured it would need a negative offset, just wary of the extra stress on suspension/wheel bearings and how much to extend the guards by. Has your mate had any such problems?

1st post...here goes Recently got hold of a stock 05 navara, running 265/70 r16 tyres at the moment and they will do for one more warrant, so Ive been looking into replacements. It seems that 15 inch 4x4 tyres are significantly cheaper than 16 inch tyres of the same size. Also for aesthetic purposes...
