rad out again must have gone through 10l of coolant during this process, yep better try everything, im hoping the extra air flow will solve it with the fan how it was im guessing the air was already hot from the transcooler and condencer.

pain in the ass if i cant squeeze a socket n ratchet in there its rad out ....again! plus side i know the cooling system in this thing is a1 lol wish me luck flipping it at smoko

the temp is what im not sure about what is normal operating temp for a td27 and what temp should the fan kick in? my aftermarket temp gauge hits 104 then the stock gauge hits 3/4

Did ya do the test??? If it over heats during the test, and the fan doesn't come on, then you know for sure the fan is rooted :D At least you will know 100% for sure by doing the test 8) didnt use a tarp but had it running all my lunch break 40mins with the fan blade taped to the shroud temp rose 9...

pretty sure the viscous hub is shagged dont hear it kick in bummer its had 2 fitted on it in the last few years weird how 2 new assemblys can be rooted

does the truck smoke much? High egts will make it heat up pretty quick. dealership mechanic so some things are new to me (one of them toyota boys) itsvlike the thing just cant deal with the climate in QLD

has after market temp gauge installed and boiled it last saturday and blew up the top hose so shes boiling alright
