HD Snow chains 35"+ !!!SOLD!!!
QuickGrip Heavy Duty snow chains Ice Breaker style(V bar)Ladder chains The chain links/V bars are just over 7mm thick. I have used them 4 or 5 times on 35" BFG tyres,I pulled them in 2 or 3 links to get them tight, pretty sure they would fit 37" tyres also. Have used them in snow and mud,wo...

One of the guys in chch club(few yrs back)fitted a heat exchange/shower unit to his 80# cruser(not sure of brand)it worked ok but not as warm as he had hoped,so he wraped all the hot side hoses with laging(spell)and that made quite a big differance, just a thought for those winter adventures you go o...

Re: Parallel Dual Battery Set ups?
So its a 12v system,2 batterys in parrallel well give same voltage(12v)twice the amps as above. Using pos on one battery and neg on the other wont have any effect when in parrallel.main thing when running in parrallel(for battery life/charging) is that both batterys are the same make/model(unless us...

Creepys seam to be the worst tyre for balance issues, not so bad when brand new soon as they get some wear they'r just a night mere. A friend has 37" creepys, recently brought some 36" simex's done 5+ trips to w/coast on them, they drive like a dream compaired to creepys(simex on beadlocks al...

Went to Waimac and watched the marthon jet boats racing. This one had a Gas turbine engine approx 1300-1500hp,easy the fasted boat there by 15-20mph(reported it could do 130mph)super reliable and well go 100% all day, boat handled very well also. He did get beaten on the up stream leg though by a 572...

Yeah that's true but if your starting with quite a bit of heat ~400 before it even comes on boost it might be quite hard for the turbo to get it under control. I want to try the smaller exhaust housing as its only a easy job and I will see what happens there. I would try the .58 hot side housing if...

the std arms are about 1.8-2.0mm wall thickness, they bend/ break very easy.Even if the CrMo is only 3-4mm it would have to be a heap stronger?
