In the auto truck that I have taken the dead 4JG2 out of and installed my good 4JG1 there is no connection for the one marked #4 Does anyone know what each of...

Re: wireing map for mu

If its a diesel it does not have a separate fuel pump, its part of the injector pump, on the earlier Isuzu's the wiring for the tail-end comes out underneath the body in-front of the fuel tank and travels along the chassis to the back right corner and then across the body to the left corner like mos...

Re: Water leak

I got a pinhole in one of the steel tubes that run behind the block and it took a while to find as it is all mixed up with the inlet manifold and feeds to the heater.
What they said about replacement ... It's a pain made only a little easier when I had to take the exhaust manifold off

Re: Fueling issue on 1hdt

It sounds like the system still has air in it. The primer only brings fuel up from the tank to the injector pump. Replace the filter as it is probably full of rubbish from the bottom of the tank ( I don't know why it sucks the trash up when you run out of gas) Put the filter back in line and start b...

Re: UHF Radio Issue

Just hook it in the the same feed as the stereo then its fused and cant be left on and flatten the battery (Eventually) If you really want to go directly of the battery the normal 1mm cable from Repco or SC is fine. Just add a fuse at the battery end in-case the cable suffers any damage, it saves an...

The easiest way is to go to the topic that you are referring to and under Jerry's post click on the PM icon and that should bring up a PM message already addressed etc.

Re: glow plugs

On most vehicles the glow plugs are nestled in beside the injectors and are connected by a flat metal strip with the power feed wire (single core ) connected to the front end or the back end by the fire wall. The Injectors will have 2 tubes going to each one, one of these is commonly linked to each ...

Time to take lots of photos and get it down to another garage or VTNZ so that you have an independent opinion / witness then talk to a good lawyer (CAB have free layers that can tell you if you have a case )... Oh and post pics on here ... Though I would be wary of naming the person / workshop on he...

If it worked fine until you did work on the column and then it stopped that will be where your problem will be. It is very unlikely that the relay or the horns will have suddenly failed at ...

Re: KZN130 surf 12 or 24V?

Two things to remember ...
1) Fuse everything - the available current is huge and shorted wires are great fire starters
2) the batteries are in parallel with no load controller so they will both go flat together - only an issue if you do a lot without the moter running
