An too save time on installing the rear spring's jack the opposite side wheel up into wheel arch too the side your fitting your spring too. Make life easier this way

Oh as for the diff ratio, there not the same, i think the Grand Vitara may shear the common 4.875 in some of there model's. I'm guessing here, but id put money on the Grand Vitara side gears being 26 spline like your V6..... Like "BlakeJ" said, if you can track down the guy from Te Puke pa...

From what i'v heard, the housing will bolt up, you may need too bend one of the housing mount bracket's to make fit ? But the carrier is another story. You want the carrier or third member from no higher then the 2003 model as the carrier mounts changed after that year, So you should be good with th...

Yes,
That an wheel spacer's will allow you to get closer to your full lock. But from what i'v seen there quite pricey.
