^^^ theres pro's and cons with everything and overbraid does tend to cut down through the layers on the drum under load often making unspooling difficult as opposed to standard dyneema that tends to pull down flatter and layer better but that overbraid shit outlasts its circumcised cousin by a long ...

be prepared to throw $1k-$2k+ at it, about 1 million gigabytes of google research, a few hundred hours trying to iron all the bugs out and maybe a bit of professional dyno time and by the end of it you'll know a whole heap more about efi than you do now :D

prob too much crankcase pressure and an old seal ready to fall apart but I wouldn't think those things would be able to rev high enough to create enough pressure, is the pcv working and the engine able to breath properly

will your body fit on a auto saf chassis mate it'll already have the drive train sitting in the chassis with the right engine, trans, diffs, driveshafts, suspension and brakes all ready to go you'll only have to mess about with body mounts, firewall chop, steering linkage and a few wires to get it t...

as already said a Nissan bus box will bolt straight up to the td42 :D if you make up an adaptor plate there is endless choices of gearboxes you can hang off the back of the bellhousing

how are you planning on getting the overlength drivetrain to fit in that thing :D

its just a matter of watching everything as you lift it mate and don't forget about the bits of wiring loom, brake hoses and handbrake cables that only stretch so far :D

is there some reason you cant or don't want to use a late model 40 series crossmember (other than them being a bit hard to find) you'll only be shifting it a short distance from where they usually mount so it should be the right width to fit your chassis

vehicles are generally represented in model years not calendar years mate, you need to look at the build date if you want a vehicle from a specific time :D

they are all Chinese made rims now mate, if you can find yourself a 4wd friendly tyre shop they'll probably be able to tell you which ones are reasonable and which ones are made out of thin bendy shit :D

yeah mate just get the centre cut out and a new one welded in its a pretty simple job and cheaper than getting a new rim beadlocked, I've seen plenty of bent rims before but not a centre like that

first thing you want to do is pop the pto cover off the transfercase to see if the pto drive gear is in there mate not all of them got them but there most likely will be being a jap import truck, depending what pto shaft you get you may have to lengthen/shorten it to match the drivetrain length you'...

when you mount the engine you'll find it will hinge around getting the exhaust flanges to clear the chassis rails (unless your making some over the chassis headers :D ) so you'll need some block huggers or exhaust manifolds on the engine so you can adjust the height and clearances etc to get enough ...

bottom of both solenoids goes to your vacuum source and top goes to the diaphragm

2wd solenoid pulls the diaphragm and linkage into 2wd and 4wd solenoid pulls the diaphragm and linkage the oppersite direction into 4wd
