Maybe this forum should jump on the bandwagon and start a facebook page to rival NZ offroader, maybe continue the legacy before its too late. So my g wagen is now deregistered due to my stupidity it is easy enough for me to drop the original motor back in so i am asking is it better to do this and reregister it before getting certified or should i do all the mods get them certed then get it reregistered.

i just use a free app on my smart phone it records clips at a length you choose saves the clips where a the g sensor is activated or if you mark them to be saved and a speed can be shown on the screen using the gps

Also when they add proper ballistic/explosive protection the weight of the vehicle gets to a ridiculous level which again compromises its mobility. sounds similar to what happens to a humveee when they decide to protect the occupants by adding armour http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1300281...
