further notes of interest. the nissan box runs a bigger slave cylinder for the clutch then the hilux. go to a holden dealership and ask for a for the slave cylinder from a 1987 holden berlina 2Litre. did a VL commodore RB30 conversion on a LN56 a few years ago.
then just brought a twin cam head and loom from a R33 nissan skyline, bolted it on.
wasn't a V8 in town that could catch it.

may pay to look at getting good LSD's installed first, they will get you more places then a suspension lift. If you have, then good on you. I used RAW nitro shock absorbers and Dobi springs, we lengthened the top arms on the rear diff to keep the drive shaft yoke angle similar to factory. the front ...

find a pinout diagram of the ecu.
could be several things
engine speed sensor, afm, vacuum leak or if it was originally bolted to an auto and is running the ecu from the same car you will need to trick the ecu into thinking the gearbox behind it is in either park or neutral.

yes you do have to be a registered to charge for salvage and tow.
which means you also need a recovery endorsement as well as a Trade service license and to be G.S.T registered.
so i wouldn't bother paying until they can prove these documents are in there legal possession.

Re: diff breather for ln106 hilux
go to a gas fitter and get brass fittings, thread on one end to match your diffs and trans case and 1/4 inch on the other.
go buy how ever many meters of 1/4 hose and some cable ties.
cost max, 5 bucks a fitting, 20 to 50 for the non pressure rated hose.
hour under the truck.

the injectors share a common positive, same with independent ignition coil systems. it is the negative that is controlled by the ecu. on independent coil systems the ecu also controls the firing of the spark plugs this way. it is done this way to protect the ecu rather then having high pulses of cur...

also, the teeth are larger then that of a standard hilux diff. may explain why there is only 43 of them on the crown wheel,
also note the pinion shaft is shorter then the standard one i have in the shed.
