that is why i'm thinking about the rangie it already has recovery points on it a good set of tyres i checked underneath for rust the outriggers were fine and the rear cross member looks good unlike the first range rover i bought. the sills are also in good condition as well as the tailgate. it isn't...

i'm seriously considering the range rover at the moment because if i sell the landrover i would probably have enough money left after buying the rangie to buy a winch then i would be a very happy chappy

oh did i mention the rangie has a certified leyland P76 V8 fitted

okay so here is the situation i currently own 1983 ex army series 3 landrover and at the moment all it does it fill one side of my garage i would like to use it off road but i want to do a couple of thing to it before hand i.e. tyres winch power steering but today i happened to see a tidy 1976 range...

i am looking for a 24v winch at the right price i got an ex army landrover running 24v and i have been thinking of mid mounting the winch and running the cable through the holes in the chassis originally for the pto shaft around a pulley and then run the cable right to the front of the chassis would...
