You can chop out the rear x member and fabricate a rear bar which incorporates the x member, rear bar and winch mounts. Theres heaps of room without the x member ;)

K thanks :D is it still worth sandblasting Really you want to remove everything back to metal. Sand blastings ideal but sandpaper and a wire brush on a grinder works well too. If you want it to last I'd prime then top coat with enamel. If your painting it with spray bombs then crc black zink it is ...

Yip my laymans understanding is that it measures how rich its running and adjusts things accordingly. Made a huge difference in the navara. Couldnt pass emissions for cert without it :wink:

Got an o2 sensor on the exhaust? They come out with the wires for one and a bung hole in the manifold (steel manifold) but no sensor. Go figure lol

Id struggle to believe the 50x5 would shrink that much. Run your verniers over it bro. If its 5mm its 5mm! I make all my hoops out of 50x5 msf, no issues.
