Re: surf dual transfer/output/pto

The 1uz auto is part of a family that is used in a lot of other Toyota and other models. You can often swap the bell housing and torque converter and sometimes pump to connect to the 1uz

Nice one

Decided I definitely need to sell my current truck before picking up another one! Can't afford two trucks haha.

The trouble is dirt and branches getting jammed in the bead. I went beadlocks eventually after getting sick of all the punctures.

15x8 rims fit better on the Isuzu's.

Re: Help with my secondary temp gauge

Manifold? If you have a spare blank in the thermostat housing then use that but if not then the best bet is to put it in the top hose using an adaptor.

Front and rear diff heads are interchangeable between all models.

An LSD will be well worn by now and need shimming. Cheaper to put an auto locker into it.

If its a cable driven speedo you can often change the gearing to correct it. If its electronic jaycar do a correction unit.

Re: 4.6 rover engine wanted

Do you need a 5L rover? Could you not go with the smaller motor? I know no one likes to downgrade but a freshened 4L will still go hard.

Very nice. Cargo barrier will allow you to pack the rear to the ceiling. Helps recover the space lost from the drawers.
