Yes, unless the bolts run out of adjustment. Then you need to re-index them. I'd say unless you're into jumping it a lot, the stock bars will be ok.

Hey with the size of the tapper do I measure it at the top or the bottom? Just measure the taper where it goes into both the pitman and the idler, if they are both the same, then you are ok. If they are different, you will need to get a 91-92 pitman. Ok so which pitman arm am I measuring? the one o...

Don't. The D21 is heaps better. Front shocks (Mcpherson struts) always shit themselves, rear trailing arm bushes need to be replaced with eurethane (the stock ones are too voided and crap out all the time) rear shocks too (lower bushes...bonded). If all those are done you may end up with a nice litt...

You also have to remember that the turbo charger from a RB25 for example is designed to spool up higher in the rev range due to propeller and impeller design, when bolted to a diesel will give you are rather large low down flat spot on a similar capacity oil burner. I welded 10X50mm flat to the chassis on mine, then tapped some 12mm threads into them, to which I bolted on another 10X50mm flat to which has the sliders welded to them. Rock solid and removable.

Go with the coil overs. Articulation and off road racing are almost at opposite ends of the setup scale for springs. Articulation = soft, off road racing = firm to hard. Shocks can be setup pretty firm for off road racing, and firm shocks it won't make that much difference when going relatively slo...

Pretty sure you measure pitman taper from the top, apparently 1992 and after, taper was slightly larger, also on steering knuckles too. Not much larger but enough to f**k the balljoint on your new centre link. I think its awesome you guys have the skills to fab your own control arms, all good with ...

It can be a little tricky, but I've done 'em at home (two lots) with a vice and a hammer. Doesn't take long once you know what you're doing.
I run Nolathane in mine...wouldn't use rubber again.

i saw a terrano today and the camber on the front wheels where astonishin, it looked like some kind of after market racing upgrade for better cornering :lol: hate to see what they pay for tyres being replaced. Yeah it can become a complete mess... sh*tloads of shims and the bolt starts to loosen on...

The best alignments are where the technician first checks tyre pressures, steering and suspension joints, and then does the alignment. No good getting an alignment then needing another a month later because of having to replace a tierod... Oh, and it pays to make sure your rims aren't buckled eithe...
