Mmmmmm Still a bit vague I can do the bar because it's a 4x4 manufactured before 2003..

However welding to the structure... I read as a no no.

I do however think I have a plan to tie it back without welding. wont be quite as good but do believe it will work good...

with the snatch points you are probably best to use the bar you have made to mount the hooks as the bar will take the load from the two bolts holding the hook on and the nar in itself will spread the load accross the front of the chassi of the vehicle ...as apposed to attempting to make or incorper...
