hi there i not sure about the ford/ mazda set up but on toyotas you remove the calaper bolts rotate or slid the calaper off the disk whilst the old pads are still in the calaper use a "F" clamp and clamp the plunger back into the clalper unit, caution when you do this as in will push the fluid back ...

xcelent and good luck a thermo switch mite be handy to controll the temp. it helps keep it at a set temp rather than the fans going full time and over cooling the motor. they fit into the radiator inlet. and works on the low voltage side of the relay

if your speedo cable is manuel contact marks adapters in ch/ch they have units that screw into the rear of the speedo cable fitting. off hand you will need 10% for 33's & 18/20% for 35's working on that your o/e tyres were 31's. if ch/ch cant help i know of a crowd in auck centrel that do speedo...

HI there i have my vans hooked to a two pole switch(on/on) first "on" feeds power to the relay which in turns opperates the fans. the second "on" is wired through an after market indicater unit through to a bulb on the dash. this means that when you turn the fans off, the dash light will start flash...

yes you will need good tyres and a even better winch with a very long snorkel. either that or good mates to come in to rescue you.

longfields cvs would be the best, if you can aford them. inducted S/B chevys running 42's plus in mud and rock terrain are getting a full season out of 1 set of cvs. that has to be good for all concerned
