Re: Lifted the Challenger today
Excess sideways movement can be caused by sloppy panhard bushes too. Then it's a matter of getting used to road driving without a sway bar. Only wind torsions up +10mm or so from factory spec and the off road gains are maxed out at that point, other wise it may look cool but ride like cart springs. ...

You can put the earth on the suppressor (cylinder thingie) but make sure it is tight. I have had to before when the hole shown is stripped of it's threads. There is another place on the back housing just above the pivot bolt.

Welcome mate. you won't need manual hubs unless you want to freewheel on the pavement. 28 pline D21 petrol ones should fit.

WTB Terrano front CV shafts
As title says, I need more spares so the cheaper the better! I run V6 or 94+ diesel CV's that have 27 splines outer and 5 (5x1) inner bolt pattern. Both sides are needed and left, right marked when removed prefered. More local the better. Small wads of cash offered but better to convert to liquid :P...

Re: boost cut td42?? help!!
Forgive my ignorance, is it external or internal wastegated? My line of thinking is the plunger not seating all the time as it seems there is enough fuel due to the dark exhaust smoke. Also it could be cracked wastegate seat. Sounds like most other bases have been covered. Only other thing that come...

Re: Nissan TD27 rpm fluctuating at cruising speed (100km)
Two problems come to mind. First is fuel supply to injection pump or the fuel return from the pump (too free flowing). Did new engine come with pump or did you swap your old one over?

Re: building a 4x4 trailer
Our club trailer is made from same wellside. On the drawbar is an LPG bottle, 25 litres of water and inside the front of the tray is the bbq and a 4.2kVa genset, 10 litres of fuel and a N70 battery. All of this is just enough. The problem is, to centre the axle in the wheelarch means there is no roo...

Re: building a 4x4 trailer
If you are using an extra cab wellside, load lots on the draw bar as there is a natural bias of weight to the rear making it tow like a pig and risk it tipping up when not connected to a vehicle.

I wonder if he will trade my 37 inch gen 1 bar for a generation 2 one?
Not being a smart arse, Steve.........does it light up the dash board well? I find mounting that far forward shines too much light in the cab ruining the night vision effect.
Bloody nice bar

Remember guys, left hand drive so his passengers side is our drivers. Pressure sender high on the culprit list. Not a heap of oil galleries on that side of the motor.
