Just remember when you put it all back together make sure the sensors and the ecu get their earths from the same place and that is off the manifold. The voltage variation if you don't will mess things up. when you say this do you mean to put the earths in the loom and the ecu earth all on the manif...

suzuki engine

after a engine for my 413 would rather have a 1600 carby because it would be easy, could go 1600 injected or if theres a cheap 1300 that would do for the mean while.

found a cheap 1300bb out of a jimney but wireing seems too hard cheers.

I take it this is the front pm me a price if you please and have you got a rear 488 diff or crown and pinion? ive got standard kzj diffs in mine but want to keep elocker rear

just keep the 413 trans they have heaps of gearing options and the rear hilux diff being centered is no problem, then chuck any small rwd engine and gbox with a small tail shaft to transfer and your away.

got a vitara here I dont use wof and reg is out but can put on for right price, is a 1600cc carb manual has got a 2 inch lift and nice feont and rear steel bars is a mint wee truck paint us a bit cracked on it could use a paint up if your worred about that.

haha no worrys I just bought a turbo manifold and turbo of a nisssn cd20 and ground the manifold flange a bit to make it fit, a bit of pipeing for intake a oil feed from a tee from the oil pump behind the alternator and a dump into the sump and your good to go.. really want a diesel one for the road...

sounds like a ideal truck mate, I run a cd17 in my offroad suzuki ive put a turbo on it from a later cd20 gos good.
be fun if you get it on the road, thats wjat I want to do have a road legal ute with cd17+t .
interested to see how it gos.

hopefully I will get this guy th cut it loom down and plug it back in and see how it gos, if the cable on the shifter is only for lights and park lock starting I wont even need that because im not useing the key start circuit

Was wanting the auto to function normaly didn't really want to make it a manual auto, there is no seperate ecu for the auto I'm sure the main ecu that does the engine controls it too.
There is a few plugs on the auto that go to the same harness as the engine so hopping just plug it back together an go

could be too so it will only start in park so I could either wire in it or just bypass it and make sure i always start it in park haha

fsm thats what I was lookng for cheers fir the info, lots of det fsms hard to find just a sr20 one, easy way to do wireing is send it to a guy in trade me to do it fir you :mrgreen: he reckons he can get it running with just the section of cabling from the ecu to the engine witch sounds too easy and...

Just pulled the loom out of my sr bluebird fir my suzuki swap and dam theres alot of wites to it :shock: seems %90 of it is air con and controls, so plan is to sit down and remove all un needed crap should be easy but im worried about pulling out a stupid sensor or something that will stop the engin...
