Have a read here.

I cant really help , although my truck shares the same chassi and driveline components the body is different and has smaller wheel wells,
I went with rear coil spacers, calmini upper A arms and reindexed torsion rods with RAW shock absorbers,
Steering is taken care of with custom 22ml tie rod adjusters 4wd navara tie rod ends (inner and outer) and a 2wd navara drag link and the idler arm replaced with a reversed power steering box.

You can fit 33 x 10.5 without lift on the standard "lego" rims or Nissan Safari factory alloys. It's all about the backspacing.
Best thing you can do is strengthen the steering because that's gonna be the bit that goes first, especially with bigger rubber.
32s seem to be the magic number for these trucks though, light enough to be gentle on the CVs and small enough for engine to turn them effectively, run those on my truck and they are a HUGE difference on my previous 31s. I just trimmed the guards a touch (10mm) & installed some bighorn springs to help with the turning circle issue associated with going to the 11.5 width (actually fitted my mate's 35 x 12.5s on my current setup for shits and giggles and the height was still fine, was again just that 12.5 width that was the problem. No need to actually run tyres that big on a terrano though )
