Yes, it's mine.
It's a 'proper' handheld and requires an Amateur licence.
Can be set up as a PRS 80 channel hand held, or simply as a scanner for Police, etc.
But because it also transmits on such a broad spectrum you still need a licence.
Great for anyone into SAR work, DOC, etc.
