spring and body lift heaps of clearance runs well has snorkel was running 36 mud tyres but comes with 33 ats and one 35 inch bfg

How about 800 on a solid axle surf with a intercooled 2.8 turbo?
You now have a answer to a] your surf's IFS, cracked head and underpowered engine and I think you will come out with money from selling off parts from both that are unused!
