no trans, i am in tauranga

A 40 series rear end in narrower than the standard one

pulled the motor out tonite

gearbox and transfer will come out tomorrow

time to start cutting mounts off and preparing for things to come

front and rear hilux diffs

transfercase from a bighorn

have brought a whole vn v6 commodore wagon for the motor and trans an other bits i can use

tonight i managed to remove the rear diff from tha zook in preparing the hilux one to go in

so today after alot of head scratching with a tape i managed to borrow a couple of 35s off rotordogg

so i had to do a little panel work to get the tryes to fit under haha

also modified the surf rear upper and lower arms lengthing them to the same as the safari arms i have

tomorrow i will make up some chassis mounts and tack things into place might even get some pics for all the pic hogs

so the weather is dictating how much i can do on this atm

but managed to cut off chassis mounts tonight will head into work tmrw and make up some mounts

also thanks to nomis i now have an ifs surf steering box
