Suzuki Build

Postby Mud Hog » Sat Jul 22, 2017 7:19 pm

I meant to post a few pics a few years ago, it's a 1991 Suzuki escudo soft top scratch build. Purpose of the truck is for winch challenges, off road racing, club trips, and down to the dairy for milk.
Using 80 series axles and drive shafts, 70 series landcruiser auto and transfercase, and the 1uz vvti.
16" fox coilovers and hydraulic bump stops, roll cage radiator in rear 37" trepadors ect, and plan for god winch.
I started this 4 years ago and so much still to do there's been countless times I have been close to flagging it and parting out or burning it  but I am slowly persisting. I am sure a lot of you can relate to these long builds were they go on hold when life and priorities get in the way of our toys.

Finish setting the suspension up, flip body over to tidy my rangi panel work underneath, steering(got most that sorted) make brake lines and find an electronic brake booster that will fit (half the battles making things fit) mount radiator and plumbing. Get ecu to run (transponder), and external bar work and body work. So not too much :?
