Morning all
Im might of asked this a while ago, but those that have lifted there Rangies a couple of inches, could I grab some feedback on the shocks they use, ideally part # as well so I can price them up
cheers
Rex
Brand, Part #, approx price on shocks
Consider the Rangie Spares +2" Bilsteins from Jules at http://www.twooffrd.iwarp.com/
OME are good but short, if you are mucking about with a Rangie might as well get some of that wheel travel so easily available.

If you are looking at different brands then ask me to price up Rancho 9000x's - I can get them pretty cheap now. offlist me at steve@4wdstuff.co.nz. I don't know the best models for a lifted rangie, but if you give me the top and bottom mount types, and the open and closed lengths you want I can find something to match.

Cheers Guys
Been given a set of second hand Rancho 9000's (9159's and 9179's) that came off a lifted defender. Im guessing they may work as I found out the 9179 (rear) are originally for a Ford Bronco so hopefull the previous owner of the shocks did his homework correctly. All will tell tomorrow.........
