turbo,
exhaust manifold (don't forget the bolts!)
oil feed and oil return pipes,
water pipes,
cross over pipe and hoses,
intake manifold,
injection lines (have to swap two of them to fit the intake manifold)
air filter to turbo tubing (depending on what vehicle its going in),
brace from turbo to oil cooler,
oil cooler/filter housing (unless you mod the turbo oil feed),
turbo dump pipe,
better if you can get the injection pump but not critical.

easier if you get the whole thing. i'm told that while it can be done the boost comp doesn't connect up perfectly tp the 3l pump, so its just easier to change the whole pump.
if you only winding the fuel up a small bit you can get away without the boost comp.

you can't take the drain off the 2.4. you have to make a completely new one on the 2.8.
