4x4 pulling left.

hi , 1994 surf pulls hard to the left on road. left front tire is very worn the right front tire is ok, any ideas? auto hubs not engaging , or possible alignment ?

Sounds like an alignment issue, or a camber issue.

best bet would be to take it into a shop that does them and get them to figure it out, should be around the $70 mark so not expensive to do.

have a look at all the bushes etc aswell, as some may be worn or perished causing the same problems.

that's what i was hoping mate, thanks for that.lucky i tested it on tarmac otherwise wouldn't of noticed it.

if the left hand side tyre is pretty naffed it can also cause a radial pull, best bet would be to replace it and rotate the fronts to rear then align it. if the left tyre has alot of uneven wear then the alignment is off. being a surf the camber and castor and toe is completely adjustable which makes it pretty straight forward
