kzj78 front clip

Hi looking at buying a kzj78 prado love look of them right up to in front of front wheels hate lights grill etc, is it possible to bolt nicer front clip off a pzj hzj etc on in it place.
i see cruisers seem to unbolt whole front clip off firewall do prados bolt up same?

Yup the KZJ78 bolts up the same.....you can take the front clip off, inner guards and outer guards too....

Ok cool maybe i can swap clips i see the proper cruiser is longer though

Did you see this one on TradeMe? The bodywork's the same as the KZJ78 as far as I can see apart from the front. Also it's the 4.2 engine and has factory front and rear lockers. The start price is $10K, no idea what reserve is though.

Yeah thats on my watch list cant really afford that though, and it will be leafs alround and only 5 seats.
like the idea of the coils all round on prado, have been thinking be cool to eventually poke 80 series axles under it as well looking through some pics prados dont look so bad if you setup the front bar right and do away with ugly valance under lights leaving just indicators peering through bar work

If your going to pole 80 series axles under it why not buy that leaf sprung girl?

4 link front 3link rear safari front and 80 rear... Turbo the motor..

Buy time you brought a kzj changed clips and did some motor work as the 1kz are are far weaker motor than what that old leaf sprung bus has she would probably work out cheaper and better in long run?

or just link the axles that are under it?
might be a bit skinnier but already has twin lockers
