I got 32 10.5 simexs on mine. Cant really help with gearing as I'm running hilux axles and a different motor/box too.

I would suspect you may need to combine the 410 and 413 transfers and make a rock lobster for lower gearing. Expect to have to do guard cut and lift to make them fit too.
Toy - Zuk chassis tub, hilux 4.88 axles and transfer, Nissan CA18DE motor and auto trans, sc12 supercharger, 32 10'5 simex, twin motor 8274 custom freespool. Well the parts are all there in various corners of the shed

yeah got plenty of lift just wondering if the 410 t/case can take 32s.Its currently running 31x11.5 mudzillas but they are a bit spooky in the wet so was thinking of maxxis bighorns.

Have 32" wranglers on my bro's 410 flatdeck (running an 413 gbox). They fit with 40mm extended bumpstops and a whole lotta guard choppage(but now got OME lift springs). His ones running a 4age and its down to first gear to spin the tyres up (mind you it pulls second if you get it goin in first and then dump it into gear). Used to pull 2nd easy with smaller tyres on. Id stick to 31's if you've still got the stock motor

A 410 case is 12% reduction on high and a little on low. You need a 4.16 or higher ratio reduction gears on stock axles to run 32's offroad .
My very tired 1300 spins 31's no problem with 4.16 gears

True. 5.12 diff r&p will spin tyres but no reduction in low range . Combination of 4.6 r&p and transfer gears would prob be best .

Yep, from what I've seen on the net the best combo would be 4.6 vitara r&p's and the 410 tbox.
