Just off the top of my head i think your original will be 4.375. As long as the carrier bearings are the same you can put your ring gear on the LSD head and bolt it back in no problem but if not, if you can get your hands on the diesel front diff to would be a goer and just swap both the front diff and rear pinion/head out for the 4.625

Sweet, V6 goes good with 4.6 gears

What crash is saying is that the 4.6 LSD diff head will plug straight in but you'll need to regear the front diff to match. So you'd need to find an R200 front diff from another V6 model, build plate HG46.

Easier option is to bolt your 4.3 ring gear to the LSD carrier and install it back in your 4.3 housing.

If you have never done this, there is a method to keep the side bearing backlash settings intact.

Also when you disassemble the 4.6 take photos of the side bearing cap orientation, and also the SIDE BEARING RACES! Mark them with paint if you need to. Its critical that they are put back together in exactly the same way.

What part of the country are you in? I have an R200 in 4.6 here that I wont be using now.
To get a front LSD you need to make one, get a C200 (rear of 4x4 Navara) LSD centre and fit it into your diff

there is two ways you can do it. One is easier and requires less hunting around for the correct parts The other requires tracking down parts that are generally more expensive but stronger.

I suggest you use the search function here as it has been covered many times and comprehensively.

Yeah that one.

Probably most of these LSDs are old and worn out.
Gotta rebuild that puppy for maximum good times.

HG43 - Found on Pathfinders, V6 Hardbodies, and a few '99 Frontiers - H233B rear / R200 front, 4.375:1 gearing. On the 2000+ 33 spline axles, the HG43 has a 4.363 ratio, however this is not a common axle code on the later models.

here it says that i already have an r200 front diff

You should buy Simon's (sibainmud) R200 airlocker for the front.
Its a genuine ARB, not some shithouse knockoff.
