Terrano Lift

Postby BMC » Wed Nov 18, 2015 7:46 pm

Has anyone used these before to lift terrano?

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-par ... 480246.htm

Or would I better off purchasing these rear springs and winding up front torsion bar?

Im after a 2inch lift and would like to fit some 31's if possible.

Thank you

Do the 2wd steering mod before lifting if you haven't already,

jeep cherokee coil springs in the rear, a set of aftermarket UCA's and reindex the torsion rods.

and that's if it's a WD terrano, if its a R50/51 platform poly spacers and dobsons rear springs should do it,
Waiter...there is a drought in my glass.

Those are shocks so won't do anything if you don't do springs as well

What Crash said ^ do steering mods first as once lifted everything turns to custard. You won't need lift if you only plan on running 31s too, so spend the money on better tyres (can do to 33 x 10.5 on standard) & strong steering instead then you just need some JGC V8 or UBS69 Bighorn springs for the rear & reindex torsions to lift it a bit.
