r50 speedo not working

hey guys last week on my td27t r50 the speedo started to read funny mayb 25k faster than what i was actually doing.. and mayb 3 days ago it stopped working all together.. the diesel ks and odo are still ticking over fine. every other gauge on the dash seems sweet just speedo... any ideas please guys

Pull out the cluster and resolder all the connections on the board.
